I am strongly committed to my role in helping my adult and adolescent clients work through life’s most challenging times. My approach to counseling focuses on facilitating healing and growth by integrating the many important aspects of the whole person, including an individual’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and spiritual beliefs. I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral and humanistic theories of therapy and work with people on optimizing their relationships.
